Fruits and veggies, however, are good for us since they have essential vitamins and mineral that our bodies require.

Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise can help our bodies become stronger and give them more energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many activities that you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

We ended our discussion with a mention of sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed.
