We finally came up with some tips to help us be happier and healthier.

We began by looking at all the food we eat. Some foods are unhealthy and others are healthy. Sugar, for example, is known to be very unhealthy as it can lead to weight gain. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. It makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.
