Next we considered exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are many different exercises we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

We ended our discussion with a mention of sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest. This can lead to headaches, back pain and other health problems, such as depression, heart disease, diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
